Once beyond gravity, you are beyond time.  Time does not exist where gravity does not.

Gravity divides and stretches, dragging into the time stream, that which when outside gravity, is a time singularity, inert, totally entirely present.

As such, the balance of non-gravity space is invisible to the time shackled, dark.

Big tobacco, big agriculture, big money, the banks and their financial offshoots, and all the parts of the military-industrial and medical-industrial complexes are enveloped in corporate structures to protect their executive strata from responsibility for acts they control and from which they profit.  Protecting the public from these non-responsible entities is the court’s job.

I see two good things coming from the decision that corporations have the right of free speech (the right human persons shed blood to secure).

First, I think it will drive politicians away from the radical religious right, offering deeper pockets, and demanding less personal degradation on a per-vote basis.  Most of these politicians would rather not declare they do not believe in evolution, or have to pass litmus tests proving their faith.  I’m sure they’d much rather do a favor or two for a corporate interest’s need for zoning changes, or a tariff adjustments…  They can even call it ‘representing their constituents’ now that corporations have secured the rights attached to personhood.  And since they are not limited to a single location as a human person would be, one corporation can sponsor the interests of many politicians.  Picture logo patches tailored to their suits.

Second, I think it will drive corporations away from the radical religious right, now that they need not fear their blackmail and threats.   The loss of a small percentage of business was never the reason the corporations gave ground to the demands of the fundamentalists.  It was fear of unanswered slanders the screaming bigots would make.  They now can fight back and abundantly rebut any insinuations (remember the claim that Proctor and Gamble were devil worshipers because of the star in their logo…).

The enemy of my enemy is not my friend.

The rights of personhood of the people is not transferrable.

When the 13 colonies got together to fight off the British crown, they had clear memories of the evils men do when church sanctifies state, and when state endorses religion. They remembered the Christians murdering each other in the streets of London, and in the whole of Europe over petty factional differences. They remembered how a godly churchman could be murdered for crossing himself the wrong way, or could be justified to do murder for the same reason.

They codified two things.
First, every person may practice his religion as he sees fit.
Second, that the state may not endorse any particular faith or practice.
They codified these to prevent the sanctified political murders from their own memories.
These principals are necessary, even when we live in homogeneous pockets of only like people, a gated country perhaps, where everyone subscribes to the same beliefs, we are not be safe without these guarantees.  We were separate in the middle ages, then even great distance, poverty, hunger, and a mini ice age were not enough to keep people from killing themselves in order to murder the unbeliever. When they couldn’t walk to the holy land, they could still murder the people from the next country over petty differences like how they crossed themselves. That’s three fingers over two, thats right before left, that made enough difference to warrant the murder of the faithful of the other kind.

That’s why church must be separate from state.
